MINDFUL AT WORK

January at the Authentic Leadership Center!

Dear Leaders,

A warm New Years greeting to you from chilly Colorado!  Thank you for your  involvement with the Authentic Leadership Center and with the ALIA community this year.  May your 2019 be a year full of authentic conversations, courageous acts and diverse friendships.  The ALC team and I wish to continue supporting your authentic leadership journey, increase our connection, and strengthen our relationship with each of you.

The Authentic Leadership Center presented several major programs in 2018.  We offered a groundbreaking coaching program for 45 leaders in the Government of Jamaica (in partnership with MIND); we offered two "deep dive" Authentic Leadership Programs in Spring and Summer at Naropa's Boulder campus; and we provided two sessions of our online course, "Mindful at Work," We are pleased with our expanding International reach.  Locally, we partnered with Naturally Boulder on a 2 day Authentic Leadership program for the Natural Products Industry.  2019 promises to be equally exciting.

How can we best support your journey?  As we plan for 2019 we would love to hear your views for additional programing and community events that serve your needs and continue to deepen and enrich our ALC community.  Please look for an upcoming survey.  Your input will assist our direction and planning.

Wishing you a joyful and fulfilling year!

With Gratitude,

Susan Skjei
