Lead Faculty: SUSAN SKJEI, PH.D. ​is the Director of the Authentic Leadership Center at Naropa University. She has more than 25 years experience in neuroscience, Buddhism, and organizational and leadership work with thousands across the globe. A former vice president and chief learning officer of a fortune 1000 company, Susan is also an Acharya (senior teacher) in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition.
