This week, our blog post What is Mindfulness? by Mindful at Work lead faculty Susan Skjei, explains the origins of "mindfulness" practices from East to West and how they are proven to be effective in leadership and work today.

Susan Skjei

Susan Skjei, PhD has more than 25 years experience drawing on neuroscience, Buddhism, complexity science, organizational learning and leadership to work with thousands of leaders across the globe.
