Susan Skjei

Susan Skjei, PhD has more than 25 years experience drawing on neuroscience, Buddhism, complexity science, organizational learning and leadership to work with thousands of leaders across the globe. She has helped participants cultivate mindfulness and authenticity, strengthen relational skills, and effectively lead the changes they want to see in their organizations and in the world. A former vice president and chief learning officer in a fortune 1000 company, Susan is an Acharya (senior teacher) in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition.
