Compassionate Approaches To Living & Dying

Our blog post this week features keynote speaker BJ Miller in a clip from the PBS spotlight Brief and Spectacular.  He distinguishes between the kind of suffering that is inevitable and the unnecessary suffering that we add onto our experience of everyday life. Dr. Miller talks about the things we cannot control, and the small shifts we can make to gain peace, both as we age and as we let go of loved ones.
