It's Time for a Fresh Start Anytime of the Day

Naropa University's faculty and Mindful at Work guest faculty Dale Asrael recommends the practice of taking a "fresh start" long before a situation challenges us. Learn how to take advantage of the moments in our work life and personal life to create change in patterns of behavior.

Many of us spend most of the hours of our day at work in the doing mode, and it's very effective for what we have to do, but there are more moments than we take advantage of to intentionally shift our gaze.

My Experience with Horses as Teachers

This weeks blog features Waylon Lewis, Founder of Elephant Journal as he shares his experience during his participation in the Authentic Leadership Program at Naropa University.
